Emotional MH17 Crash Speech By Netherlands Delegate to UN

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Frans Timmermans
gives an emotional speech from the UN Security Council Meeting on
Ukraine. The Netherlands lost the most lives of any country, 193 of the
298 people on board, when MH17 was shot down over Eastern Ukraine.
